ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION
-
A citizen of India who has
passed B.A/ B.Sc degree examination of Bangalore University
or any other University in India or abroad recognized
equivalent through 10 + 2+ 3 pattern of education obtaining
50 % of marks in aggregate of all the subjects he/she has
studied at the degree level and who has studied any one of
the languages given under (a) for one /two years and any two
of the electives given under (b) for three years is eligible
for admissions to B.Ed., course provided:

He/she has studied atleast any
one of the following languages:

Urdu

Marathi

Sanskrit
-
Any two of the following
electives:

Political Science

Sociology

Geography

Economics

Minimum marks for the purpose
of eligibility in the case of SC/ST , category-1 and
physically handicapped students shall be at 45 % in the
aggregate of 3 years of their degree course.
